	Gilda Dorbandt-Jurney has over 28 years experience in the health insurance industry. Gilda brings unparalleled expertise, depth of knowledge, and innovative solutions to her clients. Gilda is a native New Mexican, having grown up on a ranch in Socorro. She moved to Las Cruces in 1973 and attended NMSU. She is a founding member of the Southwest NM Assoc of Health Underwriters, and past state president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. She has served as a board member for several non-profit organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters and Community Action Agency. She has served at the pleasure of the Governor on several advisory committees. Gilda is well known and even more well respected in the Health Insurance Industry. The ‘N Compass Group is the largest producing independent health insurance brokerage firm in southern New Mexico. "it's what we do, and we do it well"
	Nicole Segura has over 6 years experience in the health insurance industry. Nicole has worked as and independent broker as well as having experience on the insurance carrier side of business. Her knowledge and experience include claim resolution, billing reconciliation, customer service and Medicare products. Nicole received her BA in Marketing from NMSU.
	Rosemary Martinez-Reynaud has over 2 years experience in insurance benefits including claims and billing resolution. Rosemary is a native of Las Cruces, a NMSU graduate with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
